At DSDT College eCampus, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our educational offerings. Below is our comprehensive refund policy for courses and subscriptions purchased through our platform.

 

30-Day Refund Guarantee

All eligible courses purchased on DSDT College eCampus can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided the request adheres to the guidelines outlined in this policy. Some purchases may only be eligible for refunds in the form of DSDT College eCampus credits, subject to the conditions below.

 

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please visit our refund request portal on learn.dsdt.edu and follow the instructions provided. For inquiries about the status of your refund, refer to our Refund Status FAQ on the same portal.


Refund Eligibility and Restrictions

To maintain fairness for both students and instructors, we enforce the following guidelines:

  • 30-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. As payments are disbursed to instructors after this period, no refunds will be processed after the 30-day window.
  • Denial of Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected refund abuse, including but not limited to:
    • Significant course content has been consumed or downloaded prior to the refund request.
    • Multiple refund requests for the same course.
    • Excessive refund requests by a single user.
    • Accounts reported, banned, or disabled due to violations of our Terms of Service or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
    • Refunds already processed by a third-party payment processor.
  • Subscription Services: Refunds are not available for subscription plans unless required by applicable law (see below for details).

 

Credit Refunds

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as DSDT College eCampus credits rather than cash, at our discretion or if selected by the user. Credits are issued by DSDT College, Corp., an affiliate of DSDT College eCampus, and are subject to our Terms of Service. If a purchase is only eligible for a credit refund, this will be clearly indicated on the refund page.

 

Purchases Eligible Only for Credit Refunds

  • iOS (Apple) Purchases: Payments processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy and are eligible only for credit refunds.
  • Bank & Cash Transfers: Certain bank and cash transfer methods are eligible only for credit refunds.
  • Boleto Bancário and Pix: Courses purchased via Boleto Bancário or Pix are eligible only for credit refunds.
  • Oxxo: Courses purchased with Oxxo are eligible only for credit refunds.
  • Alfamart or Indomaret: Course purchases finalized at Alfamart or Indomaret are eligible only for credit refunds.
  • DSDT College eCampus Credits: Purchases made with DSDT College eCampus credits are eligible only for credit refunds.

 

Subscription Plans Purchased Through learn.dsdt.edu

Subscription plans purchased through learn.dsdt.edu are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds, except where required by applicable law. If enrolled via a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. Refund eligibility for subscriptions may vary based on your location, determined by the country associated with your account.

 

Subscription Plans Purchased Through Mobile Apps

Payments for subscriptions through the iOS (Apple) or Android (Google Play) apps are processed by Apple or Google Play, respectively. Refund requests for these purchases must be directed to Apple or Google Play, as DSDT College eCampus cannot process or provide information on these refunds.

 

Third-Party Purchases

  • Course Bundles: If a course bundle was purchased through a third-party vendor, please contact the vendor directly for refund requests, as DSDT College eCampus does not process these transactions.
  • Third-Party Sales or Promotions: For courses enrolled through third-party platforms or promotions, refund requests must be directed to the third-party, as DSDT College eCampus lacks access to the necessary transaction details.
